- Vargottama and Sirshodaya Lagna with high points in Sarva-Asthakavarga in Lagna and Paka lagna is very auspicious. But other yogas in the chart can alter these blessings.

- Number given 63 - Arudha Lagna in Mithuna and lord being in eleventh house shows lurring opportunity which was related to moving to another apartment.
- Ketu is occupying forth house (related to apartments and Ketu being karaka) and Mars aspects Lagna which is auspicious
- Veeta Rasi falls in Mesha and per Praśna Marga rules Chatra would fall in Mesha. Mesha is empty so the outcome results is seen from Kumbha
- For Mesha Lagna Kumbha forms Badhaka sthana and planets there if influenced by malefics shows misfortunes of various kind depending on the yoga
- Kumbha being in eigth from forth shows financial problems occuring and what's more Shani/Moon are occupying second from forth house
- The answer given was that some battles can start as Mangal with Surya is aspected by Rahu involved in Nirrti Yoga which is highly inauspicious

Twelfth from Forth (upa) shows neighbours. Lord of Darapada house can indicate room-mates. This is Budha and Surya respectively engaged in the yoga.
A6 (shatrupada) being in forth with malefic will show enmity related to apartment. This will be related to sharing the influences in the house as Ketu sits in Magha Nakshatra. The problem started from July(a), it has become even worse from September(b). In December(c) the room-mate has decided to move away.
Moon - the controlling graha of Mahadasa in July - is in maraka and with marakesh (second/seventh) from forth house. The intensity of yoga will depends on ammount of malefics and avastha.
