Can you please help me to understand the concept of GUNA.

I was reading that if Ve or Me are in 6th House from AL they can give the sanyas. I know that 6th House from AL is house of Tamas. Rajas Grahas in Tamas place are giving such a results WHY?

Also why Ve and Ma in 2nd (satwa place) do give exposure to sex scandals?

Concepts of Gunas are well explained in Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam (11 canto). There are some interesting slokas in Puranas (like division of Brahmanas in Devi Bhagavatam).

Planets in apoklima from Arudha are in the state of tamas, therefore they are covered. 12H shows rejection, whilst 3/6 can show lack of luck in the areas of rajas which are mainly connected to Brahma type of mentality ie. growth of ahamkara (career+people). If these are in satva nakshatra (lorded by Su,Ra,Me) then one can accept lack of those issues in life. Sunya dosha also shows void but due to circumstance - bhava of Sunya will show if this will be in early/middle or late life.

Apoklima from Lagna shows satva, therefore pravrajayoga in dual signs (also navamsa) (3,6,9,12 in naisargika chakra) gives spirituality of high order (see Vistis chart). Because maya is reversal of Satya apoklima from AL gives tamas. Apoklima is also associated with low energy therefore giving weak relations (AK vs other CK) and short life.

Count from lagna/surya to chandra - if its apoklima then life is divided into best, middle, worst.

In dasas also Apoklimas planets are counted in the end (see moola/naisargika calculations - Saravali). In bhava scheme Kendra are strongest, whilst argala to them shows support, 12H from them shows delays therefore those conclusions.

Apoklima shows also past, and when AK is in apoklima to AmK then one can have late career (kendra early career). Sudasa starting from Apoklima shows humble beginning.

Ve+Ma is called Bahustree yoga. Mangal is co-karaka of sixth and shadripu connected to Shukra gives extra needs for sexuality. Ve connected to tamasic grahas makes physical aspect very important. 2H in Navamsa shows flaws and karma (9 from 10). Parasara suggest to treat planets from AL like from Navamsa Lagna. I was taught to use it specially for the second house. See planets in 12H as they can block the tendency. This is accepted by all sastras including Jaimini and Parasara Hora. When Ju aspects then it can growth (expands-akasha) but will end up in formal institution, if Ra then one wast money on woman, if Ke then this is cutted - see position of Ketu in D1 - if its in 2,4,8,10 then the cutting (correction of flaw) will be in early life. Ve+Sa can give homosexual tendencies (Parasara), with Me will give nirvirya (impotence).
